Eva Dugan was named Realtor of the Year by the Carbon County Association of Realtors at its annual banquet Saturday at the Mahoning Valley Country Club.

Dugan, a registered real estate broker, Corner Post Realty, 5660 Interchange Road, Lehighton, was called “a shining example” by her peers. She was presented the award by Karan Reed.

Reed was honored for her service as the 1995 president. She was presented the President’s Plaque by Carol Meeker, who will be the 1996 president. Other officers are Patrick Dominick, vice president; Tim Beers, secretary; and Hugh Dugan, treasurer.
