Nesquehoning VFW members gathered at three monuments in the borough on Sunday to honor all veterans during a small Veterans Day ceremony. The group said a prayer, fired rifles and played taps at the main monument at the intersection of Routes 54 and 209, the WWI memorial in New Columbus and at the cemetery across the street from the VFW on Center Street.
