The operator of a tractor-trailer escaped serious injuries Tuesday morning in a crash in Schuylkill County. The incident occurred just after 8 a.m. as he was traveling south on the Burma Road several miles south of Mahanoy City. He apparently failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, rolling the unit onto its right side. In the process, his load of garbage and debris spilled out of the trailer.
