Trick-or-treating will occur in Summit Hill this year.

Mayor Paul McArdle announced that trick-or-treating will be permitted on Halloween night, Oct. 31, from 6-8 p.m.

He said the rain date will be Nov. 1.

“It will be held as usual,” he said.

There was uncertainty whether Summit Hill would host trick-or-treating because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The mayor urged that precautions such as social distancing be followed.
