Pennsylvania State Jaycees president George Mitten attended the Lehighton Area Jaycees-Chamber of Commerce-sponsored block party on Sunday to officially present the Lehighton group’s charter to T.J. Miller, president of the local group.

In addition to Miller, charter members of the chapter include the officers: Don Rehrig, vice president; Jeff Wenck, secretary; Russ Zellner, treasurer; and Bob Moser, state director.

Other charter members are Gerald Reed, Gary Gombert, Greg Wentz, Fred Dragalin, Julius Casari, Marvin Schmidt, Tim David, John Eisenhower, Craig Gilham, Stephen Tertel, Peter Castagnola, Kenneth Sterling, Bruce Fronheiser Jr., Andy Gamble, Charles Bachert, Eric Stryker, John Sharbaugh, Eugene Binder, Rodney Miller and Jeff Teets.
