West Penn Township supervisors took the following action on Monday:

• On a 2-0 vote, adopted a resolution establishing a schedule of fees for impounds. Board Chairman Tony Prudenti abstained.

• Approved a two-year traffic signal maintenance contract with Single Service at no increase.

• Announced that the David and Brooke Afsah-Mohallatee/Eugene and Lucinda London’s sketch plan has been withdrawn.

• Announced that the West Penn Township Fire Company will hold a drive-thru breakfast with its full menu from 8 a.m. to noon this Sunday.

• Approved a request by the West Penn Township Lion’s Club to use the township’s municipal building for their drive-thru chicken barbecue on Sept. 12. As part of its approval, the board requested them to give an insurance certificate, and to ask their workers to sign a COVID-19 release form.
