Palmerton Area School District’s board of directors took the following action during Tuesday’s meeting:

• Approved the George’s Busing invoice of $151,985.26 as a final payment for the 2019-20 school year.

• Approved Morgan Hesse as a K-4 substitute teacher, effective Aug. 31, 2020.

• Removed Linda Dixon from the substitute list.

• Approved the agreement with James R. Schwab for behavioral intervention and counseling for the 2020-21 school year, at the rate of $100 per hour as needed.

• Approved the district to participate in the CLIU technology pool legal services consultation agreement.
