State police at Fern Ridge report incidents

State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating the following incidents.

• A 54-year-old woman from Kunkletown reported at 4 p.m. April 11 her purse was stolen from her shopping cart at Kinsley’s ShopRite, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, while she was distracted.

• A resident of the 900 block of Toll Road, Effort, Chestnuthill Township, reported his 1998 black Ford F-150XLT truck, was stolen from his property. The incident was reported at 8:07 p.m. April 13. The truck has state registration plate number YBH1764. Troopers noted the truck has a third door on the passenger side.

• A Bethlehem man reported two heat pump units were stolen from a building he owns on Running Valley Road in Jackson Township, Monroe County. Multiple windows were smashed and copper piping was removed from the basement of the commercial structure. The incident occurred sometime between April 15 and 16.

• Two residents from along Fawn View Road in Chestnuthill Township, reported their mailboxes were damaged by someone who used a pole-like device to smash them. The incident occurred sometime between 3 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. on Monday.
