This normally busy Hometown intersection takes on a much different appearance Monday at midmorning. Cars and trucks are typically lined up at the traffic light along Routes 309 and 54 on a typical workday, but the governor’s stay-at-home orders coupled with business closings related to the coronavirus pandemic have changed traffic patterns for the past several weeks.
