The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announces the following road work this week, but be advised that road work schedules may change as needed during COVID-19 mitigation or due to changes in the weather:

No reported road work in Carbon, Monroe, Northampton or Schuylkill County.

Lehigh County

• Multiple townships: I-78 ramps shoulder work between Exit 49 (Route 100) and Northampton County line, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday; I-78 shoulder work in both directions between Exit 49 (Route 100) and Northampton County Line, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Thursday.

• Whitehall Township, Haasadahl Road lane restriction with flagging between Route 309 and Route 100, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Friday; Route 22 East, shoulder work between Cedar Crest Blvd and Airport Road, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.

• Upper Saucon, Route 309 South lane restriction with flagging between I-78 and Bucks County line, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.

• Upper Saucon Township, Route 309 North lane restriction northbound between Bucks County line and I-78, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Wednesday.
