A Coaldale man was arrested for drugs and police found he has three active arrest warrants following a traffic stop.

Christopher Andrew Keer, 30, of West Ruddle Street, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Nesquehoning police on Jan. 20.

Police pulled over the vehicle in which Keer was a passenger for a faulty brake light and spoke with Keer.

During a records check, police learned Keer had three active warrants for failing to appear on drug charges in Coaldale and Tamaqua.

Keer was taken into custody and found to have drug paraphernalia in his backpack.
