Heavy mixed precipitation is possible, with total snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches and ice accumulations of one tenth of an inch possible.

Travel could be difficult on icy and snow-covered roads. Power outages may also be possible due to a combination of strong winds and ice build-up.

Friday: A chance of rain and snow showers before 7 a.m., then a slight chance of rain showers between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 39. Light and variable wind becoming west 5 to 7 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 25. Northwest wind 5 to 8 mph.

Saturday: Snow, mainly after 4 p.m. High near 33. Light and variable wind becoming east 5 to 9 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Saturday Night: Snow and sleet before 2 a.m., then sleet, possibly mixed with freezing rain between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m., then rain, possibly mixed with freezing rain after 4 a.m. The sleet could be heavy at times. Low around 28. East wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New ice accumulation of less than a 0.1 of an inch possible. New snow and sleet accumulation of 3 to 7 inches possible.
