Four defendants in drug-related cases entered guilty pleas on Thursday in Carbon County court.

President Judge Roger N. Nanovic II accepted the pleas from the following:

Duane Eric Bonetsky

, 54, of Lehighton, pleaded to one count of possession of a small amount of marijuana. In exchange for the plea, the district attorney’s office dropped a charge of corruption of a minor.

Bonetsky was arrested on May 6 by Lehighton police following a traffic stop along Route 443. The vehicle was operated by a female juvenile who admitted Bonetsky had supplied her with a bag of marijuana, which led to the corruption count. The juvenile is the defendant’s daughter.

Nanovic imposed a fine of $500.

Heather M. Dimitriou

, 33, of Saylorsburg, pleaded to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was arrested on Nov. 26, 2017, by park rangers at Beltzville State Park, in the Trinity Gorge Trail area.

Nanovic placed her on probation for six months and ordered her to get a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow any recommendation for treatment.

Justin William Kulls

, 31, of Lehighton, pleaded to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was arrested on Nov. 4, 2017, by Weissport police in the area of Allen and Bridge streets.

Nanovic placed him on probation for a year and ordered him to get a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow any recommendation for treatment and zero tolerance for drug or alcohol use.

The term runs consecutive to a Lehigh County sentence in a DUI matter, which was 72 hours to six months in jail.

Ian Michael Roche

, 21, of Saylorsburg, pleaded to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was arrested on June 16 by park rangers at Beltzville State Park, in the Pohopoco Cove area in Towamensing Township.

Nanovic placed him on probation for a year and ordered he get a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow any recommendation for treatment and zero tolerance for drug or alcohol use.

Each defendant must also pay court costs of about $1,000 and a $50 per month supervision fee.
