On the Fourth of July, LongHorn Steakhouse’s GRILL US Hotline will open to coach callers on how to grill up quality steaks worthy of being served at LongHorn.

The certified experts on-hand will be the top grill masters in the country. For help, call 855-LH-GRILL from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday.

These grill masters are finalists in LongHorn Steakhouse’s Steak Master Series — an epic culinary competition where top-performing grilling experts from restaurants around the country vie for title of national champion and more than $200,000 in cash prizes.

Guests can also chat live with an expert on LongHorn Steakhouse’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram all summer long when using #LHGrillMaster.
