Trinity happenings

Holy Week at Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., Maundy Thursday worship with Holy Communion starts at 7 p.m. today. Good Friday Tenebrae is at 7 p.m.

Easter Sunday worship with a children’s message, Holy Communion, and special music selections begin at 9:30 a.m. Gluten-free communion wafers are available for those with allergy issues. The Rev. Nancy Moore presides. Vicar Rich Bergen assists.

Sunday church school classes for students age 3 through sixth grade do not meet. They resume April 8. Easter breakfast prepared by the Men of Trinity begins at 10:45 a.m. April 1.

First Tuesday Quiet Communion is at 10 a.m. April 3.

For those desiring to arrange a baptismal date, Rev. Moore will share information at noon April 15.

For those desiring church membership, an informational session will be held at noon April 22. Please contact the church office in advance at 610-377-4303 to confirm either date.

Crossroads Community Church

Crossroads Community Church, 580 Coal St. holds Sunday worship service with Pastor Claudio Ruba. It is a place for a fresh start with God.

Adult Sunday school at 9:30 a.m.; Contemporary worship service at 10:30 a.m. with nursery available; Children’s Sunday school at 11 a.m.; Fellowship following service.

Tuesday: Adult Bible Study at 6:30 p.m., currently studying the book of Romans.

Good Friday — Night of Joy: 7 p.m. March 30. Praise Jesus with Music!

Easter Worship Service: 10:30 a.m. April 1.

Communion: Last Sunday of the month.

• Easter Sunday Worship, 10:45 a.m. April 1, the Rev. Jeff Stansbury, preschool nursery available and Jr. Church provided for children K-sixth grade. Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. with classes for all ages.
