Defendants in pending criminal cases entered guilty pleas before Carbon County Judge Steven R. Serfass.

Tina Marie Fairchild, 43, of Coaldale, entered pleas in three cases. She pleaded guilty to a felony count of possession with intent to deliver for an incident on Sept. 25, 2016.She also pleaded guilty to one count of hindering apprehension or prosecution for an incident on the same day.In a third case, she pleaded guilty to one count of felony possession with intent to deliver for an incident on Sept. 30, 2016.Serfass scheduled sentencing for Nov. 13 pending a presentencing investigation.Ryan Michael Rickley, 34, of Stroudsburg, pleaded guilty to a count of driving under the influence, second offense.Serfass sentenced him to a minimum five days in Carbon County Correctional Facility and 25 hours community service. He gave him credit for 25 days in an inpatient rehabilitation facility.Kelly S. Neff, 49, of Palmerton, pleaded guilty to one count of felony identity theft for an incident on April 28. Prosecutors dropped seven other felony charges.She was sentenced to 24 months probation, 100 hours of community service, and ordered to pay approximately $2,570.58 in restitution.Robin Christopher Zurawa, 48, of Jim Thorpe, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct for an incident on Jan. 27. Prosecutors dropped a count of bad checks.Serfass ordered him to pay a $300 fine.Alexis Lynn Ruch, 19, of Lehighton, pleaded guilty to one count each of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for a crash that occurred May 7, 2016.Serfass sentenced her to serve 72 hours in Carbon County Correctional Facility, 75 hours of community service, 12 months license suspension, as well as 24 months' probation and 75 hours of community service.Patrick Jordan Sanchez, 24, of Allentown, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana for an incident that occurred Dec. 5, 2015, in Palmerton.Serfass deferred sentencing to October pending a CRN evaluation.Robert Matthew Ruzicka, 26, of Lehighton, pleaded to one count of retail theft for an incident that occurred April 4 at the Family Dollar store in Palmerton.Serfass sentenced him to 12 months probation, 50 hours community service, and to pay restitution of $6.
