A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident with a gun at a bar.

Pocono Mountain Regional police were dispatched to the Brick Lounge in Blakeslee at 1:54 a.m. Sunday to a report of a physical fight in which a firearm was displayed. An investigation revealed that after being denied service at the bar, Adam Herman, 42, of Lower Mountain Road, Effort, became belligerent and began arguing with the bar staff and management.Herman was escorted off the property. He then entered his vehicle and from the vehicle he pointed a gun at multiple patrons of the bar before being disarmed by a customer.Herman was taken into custody and charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and driving under the influence.
