The engagement of Meagan McGarry of Whitehall, daughter of Phil and Donna McGarry of Lehighton, and Todd Moyer Jr., also of Whitehall, son of Todd and Debra Moyer of Allentown, has been announced by her parents.

The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Palmerton Area High School and a 2011 graduate of Penn State University. She is employed by Valley Youth House as a case manager.The prospective bridegroom is a 2007 graduate of Parkland High School and 2011 graduate of Penn State University. He is employed by Lowe and Moyer Garage Inc. as a sales representative.The couple will exchange vows in September of 2017.
