Summit Hill police issue citations for disorderly conduct

Summit Hill police reported a number of individuals have been cited for disorderly conduct in recent months.

• Two Summit Hill male juveniles, both 15 years old, were cited after police were called by the transportation office at Panther Valley School District on Oct. 3. The two boys caused a disturbance on the school bus that day and jumped out the back door of the vehicle.• Christopher Serrano, 35, of East White Street, Summit Hill, was cited after police responded to a domestic disturbance at his address at 12:01 a.m. on Oct. 8. Serrano was found to be causing the disturbance.• Noel Abadia, 35, of Third Street, Coaldale, was cited at 3:45 p.m. on Oct. 11 after police were dispatched to Panther Valley High School. Abadia was found at the school causing a disturbance.• Chris Theobald, 32, of West Ludlow Street, Summit Hill was cited at 10:35 a.m. on Oct. 30. Police were called to the area of West White and North Market streets, where they found Theobald using foul language in the area where there were children.• Tonya Hines, 22, and Brant Crow, 24, both of West Hazard Street, Summit Hill were cited following a disturbance at the school house apartments at 11:17 a.m. on Oct. 30. Police said Hines and Crow were arguing and disturbed several neighbors.• Andrea Davis, 42, of West Holland Street, Summit Hill; Kristen Benek, 35, of East Fell Street, Summit Hill; and William Goho, 41, of Bernhard Road, Barnesville, were cited after police were called to Sommer's Inn for a disturbance at 1:10 a.m. on Nov. 27. Police said the three were involved in an altercation.• Brandon Yarnall, 18, of East Walter Street, and a 17-year-old male, both of Summit Hill, were cited after they were found fighting on East Holland Street.• Marretta McGeehan, 31, of East Patterson Street, Lansford, faces two charges of disorderly conduct after she caused a disturbance twice in the last two months. The first incident occurred Oct 16 in the area of the borough post office. Officers were called to the scene and found McGeehan yelling.In the second incident, which occurred at 3:05 p.m. onFriday, police heard a disturbance outside the police station and followed a woman, later identified as McGeehan, screaming in the streets. She was using foul language and caused a disturbance for several blocks.
