A four-vehicle crash, involving a truck and fuel spill, occurred at 5:57 p.m. on Oct. 6 at the intersection of routes 209 and 115 in Chestnuthill Township.

Troopers said Isaias Colon, 79, of Bronx, New York, driving a 2015 Nissan Altima, failed to yield to oncoming traffic and collided with a 1986 Kenworth tractor-trailer driven by Frank L. Chambers, 50, of Palmerton.Following initial impact, the Altima began to rotate and collided with a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer operated by Michael C. Lemke, 58, of Saylorsburg and a 2005 Chrysler Sebring driven by Jospeh F. Denardo, 77, of Bath.No one was injured. The crash caused a fuel spill closing the roadway for several hours, troopers said.
