Three people stabbed in Monroe

Pocono Mountain Regional police are seeking the public's help in a stabbing incident that occurred on July 10.

About 1:43 a.m. police responded to 2128 Wild Laurel Drive, in Tunkhannock Township, for a report of a stabbing. On scene officers learned that three males had been stabbed. Two of the victims were stabbed multiple times. All three were taken to area hospitals with one admitted in stable condition. The injured included a 18-year-old from Brodheadsville; 19-year-old from Saylorsburg; and a 20-year-old from Albrightsville.Witnesses told police that a thin male, with short hair, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with a light complexion stabbed the three males and then fled. Witnesses also reported that a fourth person was attacked by several males outside of the residence.Police ask anyone who has information concerning this incident to call them at 570-895-2400.
