Three defendants who previously pleaded guilty were sentenced on Monday by Judge Steven R. Serfass.

Richard Stanley Capone, 48, of Stroudsburg, was sentenced to serve 45-90 days in jail on a driving under suspension-DUI related charge, and must serve the full 90 days; and 10 days to 24 months on a DUI count. The terms run concurrent to each other and concurrent to a one- to two-year term he is currently serving in Monroe County on another DUI charge.Capone was arrested on July 28, 2015, by rangers at Beltzville State Park in Towamensing Township. A test showed 0.09 BAC.He was also ordered to pay fines totaling $1,500 on the two charges, license suspended for a year and render 100 hours of community service when released on parole.Jasmine Lynne Conner, 34, of Lehighton, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in jail, a fine of $1,000, one-year license suspension and render 25 hours of community service.She previously pleaded to a DUI count, was placed in the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition probation program but was revoked from it.She was arrested on Oct. 20, 2013, along Route 903 in Penn Forest Township by state police at Lehighton, at a checkpoint operation. A test revealed the presence of a controlled substance.Matthew Thomas Regan Jr., 54, of Glenside, Montgomery County, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in jail, a fine of $1,000, one-year license suspension and render a total of 75 hours of community service on a DUI count. On a possession of drug paraphernalia charge he was placed on probation for a year, concurrent.Regan was arrested on Sept. 4, 2015, along Route 903 in Penn Forest Township by state police at Lehighton. A test revealed the presence of a controlled substance.He will begin the jail term at 5 p.m. July 22.The four defendants must also pay court costs of about $1,000 and a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation or parole.
