Schuylkill County court - parole revocation

Schuylkill County judges have revoked the paroles of four charged by local police.

Anthony Napolitano, 31, Lansford and Tamaqua: Charged with three separate cases. He was charged by Rush Township police on Aug. 21, 2014 with resisting arrest, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while his license was suspended or revoked, disorderly conduct, and endangering the welfare of children.In the second case, he was charged by Rush Township police on March 1, 2015 with having a controlled substance he was not authorized to have, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.In the third case, Napolitano was charged by Tamaqua police on May 30, 2015 with having a controlled substance he was not authorized to have and driving while his license was suspended or revoked.Judge James P. Goodman sentenced him to a total of one to two years in state prison on the first two sets of charges.Goodman also sentenced him to serve the full maximum sentence in then third case, in the county jail, until July 7, 2017, but granted him immediate parole.Taryn Depos, 30, Tamaqua: Charged in two cases. She was charged by Coaldale police on July 29, 2014 with conspiracy to commit theft by deception and attempted theft by deception.In the second case, she was charged by She was charged by Coaldale police on March 13, 2015 with conspiracy to commit theft by deception and conspiracy to receive stolen property.Goodman sentenced her to serve a total of 12 months in the county jail on both cases.Judith A. Allen, 59, Tamaqua: Charged in two cases. Charged by Rush Township police on Aug. 31, 2013 with conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property, and theft.In the second case, Allen was charged by Rush Township police on Aug. 29, 2013 with the same offenses.Goodman sentenced her to six to 12 months county time. She's to report to Schuylkill County prison on June 15 to be taken to another county to serve her time.She was given credit for the 36 days she's already served.Michael Bodner, 31, Hazleton: Charged by McAdoo police on April 13, 2013 with conspiracy to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, and having a controlled substance he was not authorized to have.Judge John J. Domalakes sentenced him to county jail until March 3, 2017.He was granted immediate parole, but was ordered to have a drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment and get a job within 30 days.
