Elizabeth J. Ostrowski, 46, Tamaqua: President Judge William E. Baldwin revoked her probation and sentenced her to one to 12 months in jail, with credit for six days served.

He also ordered Ostrowski to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, and comply with any recommended treatment.Baldwin also ordered Ostrowski to pay court costs and fees.Ostrowski was charged by Tamaqua police on June 25, 2014, with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.Krystle Ketchledge, 25, Tamaqua: Baldwin revoked her probation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and sentenced her to serve six to 12 months in jail, with credit for time served from March 10 through May 2.He also revoked her probation on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and sentenced her to serve three to six months in jail, consecutive to the possession of a controlled substance sentence.Baldwin also ordered Ketchledge to pay court costs and fees.She was charged by Mahanoy City police on May 18, 2015, with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, having contraband/controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, and intent to possess a controlled substance by a person not registered.Bench warrant dissolvedJoseph M. Vidzicki Jr.,55, of Coaldale: Judge James P. Goodman dissolved a bench warrant against him, and ordered him to continue to live at 221 N. Lehigh St., Coaldale, and not move from there without permission.Vidzicki was charged by state police at Frackville on Aug. 6, 2015, with forgery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
