Jordan M. Tessitore, 24, of Lansford: Charged by Tamaqua police with receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance on July 26, 2015.

Tessitore pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, and possession. Judge John Domalakes sentenced him to 184 days to 18 months in jail, with credit for 184 days served.Tessitore was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.Larry Wagner,36, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with driving without a license and possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 8, 2014.Wagner pleaded guilty to both charges. President Judge William E. Baldwin fined him $500 on the license charge, and sentenced him to two to 18 months in jail, on the possession charge.Wagner was also ordered to pay court costs and fees, and perform 10 hours of community service. He'll begin his sentence on May 11.Stephen Maguschak,25, of Pottsville: Charged by Rush Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property on Aug. 4, 2015.Maguschak pleaded guilty to both charges. Domalakes ordered him to pay $328.68 in restitution to Walmart, and to serve 21 days to 23 months in jail, with 21 days credit for time served.Maguschak was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.Allison J. Sanders,36, of New Ringgold: Charged by Tamaqua police with forgery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on May 28, 2015.She pleaded guilty to forgery, and Domalakes ordered her to up to 23 months in jail, with 226 days credit for time served.She was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.Phillip M. Ryan,27, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 2, 2015.He pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Domalakes ordered him to up to 18 months in jail, with 153 days credit for time served.He was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.Thomas Antolick,59, of Summit Hill: Charged by Rush Township police with altering/forging documents, driving under suspension and driving without insurance on March 7, 2015.He pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, fraudulent use of a registration plate, and unauthorized transfer of a registration plate.Domalakes jailed him for three to six months, beginning May 9, and fined him $1,000 on the driving under suspension charge fined him $500 on the fraudulent use of a registration plate charge, and $25 on the transfer charge.He was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.Rondel Fucci,35, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with retail theft on Sept. 15, 2014.He pleaded guilty, and Judge Jacqueline L. Russell jailed him for three days to 18 months, with credit for three days served, and to perform 20 hours of community service.He was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.
