A male driver was injured Wednesday morning when involved in a crash along Route 895 in West Penn township. The crash occurred at 8:30 a.m. as he was traveling west and lost control of his late model Ford SUV. The vehicle left the roadway rolling onto its side. The driver was treated at the scene by members of the Tamaqua ambulance and Lehighton paramedics. West Penn fire police maintained traffic control at the scene. West Penn township police are investigating the incident.
