A Lansford couple has been charged following a domestic dispute Monday in which a woman threatened to shoot her boyfriend.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by officer Jim Bonner of the Lansford Borough Police Department:At 11:23 a.m. Bonner was dispatched to 329 W. Kline Ave. for a report of a domestic incident with weapons.Upon arrival, Bonner observed a woman holding a child and running past his vehicle and a man on the porchyelling, "Stop her, she just tried to shoot me."Bonner was able to get the woman, Sadie Paisley, 31, to his patrol car and secured her and the child.The victim and co-defendant, Nicholas Hall, 30, of the same address, said his girlfriend and mother of their 16-month-old son had thrown his boots outside in the street.In retaliation, Hall threw Paisley's clothes out in the street. He said when he went outside to go get his boots, she came out with a loaded 9 mm pistol, pointed it at him, and threatened to shoot him.He said that the child was there while the gun was being waved around.Several neighbors said that Paisley came to their door and was out of control.She told them she just pulled a gun on Hall and was going to shoot him.Paisley said Hall physically abuses her daily, and that on this day, he threw a hot breakfast at her and threw her against the wall.She said he choked her and threatened her.She also said she took his gun.There were notable scratches and bruising on both of her arms.Several guns were seized in the residence, including the 9 mm that was pointed at Hall.Hall has been charged with simple assault and harassment.Paisley has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and harassment.
