Celebration of Epiphany

The usual Wednesday service of St. John's Lutheran Church, 1 E. Abbott St., Lansford, will be held at 7 p.m. in St. Paul's, 123 W. White St., Summit Hill, this week as a special celebration of the Epiphany. All are welcome. For those who wish to come early, a free simple supper is served at 6 p.m., with a brief adult Bible study at 6:30.On days when Panther Valley schools are closed or dismissed early for inclement weather, this service/supper is canceled. Eight members were recognized at this meeting for birthdays.No meetings will be held January, February or March. Next meeting will be April 11.
