Two Monroe County residents are facing drug counts after police executed a search warrant at their residence.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said Kevin Keyson Williams, 29, and Jessica Walutes, 24, both of 6522 Runnymeade Lane, Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township, are facing charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance (heroin), criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication device, receiving stolen property, all felonies; and misdemeanor counts of possession of instruments of crime, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.According to police on Dec. 31, officers executed a search warrant at the defendant's residence at 12:43 p.m., as one of the suspects was leaving the residence. Williams, also known as "Nine," was found in possession of a brick (50 bags of heroin).The investigation revealed that he was going to deliver it to another resident within Coolbaugh Township.Evidence located at the scene revealed Williams and Walutes, his girlfriend, conspired in arranging the sale of heroin and that Williams would deliver it.The heroin buyer was identified, police added.The search revealed additional evidence of heroin trafficking.Additional bags of heroin were located along with numerous items of heroin trafficking paraphernalia, about $2,371 in cash, a stolen .357 caliber revolver, and ammunition for the gun, all recovered in the search.The investigation also revealed that Williams and Walutes had been selling considerable quantities of heroin for at least the last six months in the township.Both were arraigned on the charges by District Judge JoLana Krawitz of Stroudsburg, with bail set at $50,000 for each defendant.
