Get in the holiday spirit by joining the Christmas Sing-a-long with Charles Smith on the guitar at 4 p.m. Dec. 11 upstairs in the gallery of the Palmerton Area Library. It is free and open to the public.

The annual Kids Christmas Party will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Dec. 14 for children in kindergarten through third grade.It includes stories, crafts and snacks and is free, too. The event is sponsored by the Library Teen Group.Any teens in sixth through 12 grade who would like to help with the party and participate in other events run by the Teen Group should contact the library at 610-826-3424.
