The Palmerton Halloween Parade will be held Sunday, beginning at 4 p.m. The parade will be forming at Seventh Street and Delaware Avenue. The parade will go up Seventh Street to Lafayette Avenue, then turn left on Lafayette Avenue to Second Street, turn left on Second Street to Franklin Avenue, going to Third Street, turn right to Delaware Avenue, turning left and going back to Seventh Street, where the parade will disband.
