Legion dues

American Legion Post 304 active membership dues for 2016 are now being accepted. Be an "early bird" and get your dues in now. Sunday School for the youngsters will begin on Sept. 13.Clothing giveawayThe 2015 free clothing giveaway at St. John's Lutheran Church, South Avenue, will begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday. It will end Aug. 22.Hours are Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Fridays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.There is a large variety of children's, women's and men's clothing, as well as small household items.
