Carbon County Planning Commission reviewed four subdivision plans at its monthly meeting on Tuesday.

Those reviewed include:• Yong Zhong Chen received conditional plan approval for a proposed land development at 493 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, which is the existing former IGA market. The proposed plan calls for creating storage and office space and retail space.• Dennis S. and Nicole Lombardi received plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at 24 Spada Drive, Pocono Beltzville Lake Estates, White Oak Run section, Towamensing Township. The plans call for combining two lots to create a 2.011-acre lot.• Brian J. and Heike A. Hartman received plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at 417 South Ave., Jim Thorpe. The plans call for combining two lots to create a .172-acre lot.• Roy D. and Jeanmarie Burger received plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at 4050 West Stagecoach Road, Towamensing Township. The plans call for combining two lots to create a new 20.266-acre lot.
