Two people were cited following a domestic incident in Tamaqua on June 20.

Officers were dispatched to 212 N. Greenwood St. at 3:53 a.m. for a domestic, the second one since the 11 p.m. shift came on duty. Keith Sterling McFarland, 36, and Jennifer A. Igou, 27, were both cited for harassment.McFarland was arrested on an outstanding warrant and transported to the police station.He was released when the on duty district magistrate declined to process the warrant.
