Another Monday, another round of bad weather

A storm system late Sunday through Monday night is expected to bring mixed precipitation changing to snow which can impact travel.

There still remains some uncertainty regarding the timing and temperature profiles which will impact the precipitation types.

Today: Scattered flurries between 10am and 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 23. Wind chill values as low as -3. West wind 7 to 13 mph.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 15. West wind 3 to 7 mph.

Saturday: Cloudy, with a high near 36. Southwest wind 3 to 7 mph.

Saturday Night: A slight chance of snow and sleet after 2am. Cloudy, with a low around 26. Southwest wind around 6 mph becoming calm after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Sunday: A chance of snow and sleet before 11am, then a chance of rain and sleet. Cloudy, with a high near 37. Light southeast wind. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Little or no snow and sleet accumulation expected.

Sunday Night: A chance of rain before 8pm, then rain or freezing rain likely between 8pm and 11pm, then snow and sleet likely after 11pm. Cloudy, with a low around 27. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Monday: Snow likely. Cloudy, with a high near 31. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
