So far, four have been charged.According to court papers, the victims cried and pleaded to have their items returned, but the perpetrators, some who poked them with guns, laughed at them. The charges stem from an incident which occurred at about 7:45 p.m. on Jan. 17 in the 300 block of East Center Street, Nesquehoning.Suspects charged with several robbery counts, simple assault, criminal solicitation, and criminal conspiracy, are:• Elijah M.
