A new book discussion club, the Bucket List Club, is being formed in the Tamaqua area.

The group will meet once a month, with the first meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. today at the Tamaqua Community Art Center, 125 Pine St.The first book to be discussed will be "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee. The novel is set in a sleepy southern town which has to deal with a crisis. First published in 1960, it became an instant best-seller and classic. Lee won a Pulitzer Prize for the novel in 1961.
