A Schuylkill County man has been charged after he attacked a borough plow driver. State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred at 10:50 a.m. on Saturday in the area of 19 N. Fourth St., Cressona.

Troopers said Robert Woleschok approached a borough plow truck operated by Forrest Smith, 59, of Cressona, yelling at him for plowing snow onto his sidewalk. Smith attempted to pull away at which time Woleschok ran around to the driver's side of the truck. He then proceeded to pull Smith out of the truck and attempted to punch him in the face.Troopers said Woleschok was charged with harassment.
