Woman charged in Lehigh crash

A Bethlehem woman was charged in a Lehigh Township crash that sent two to the hospital.

Lisa Rigby, 36, of Bethlehem, was charged with aggravated assault by vehicle while driving while intoxicated, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed and driving with a suspended driver license.On Nov. 26, at 4:48 p.m., Lehigh Township Police responded to the 1100 block of Riverview Drive for a two-vehicle crash with injuries and entrapment. Rigby was operating a blue Chevrolet Cobalt and was involved in a crash with a black Ford F250 operated by Jack Remaley.Both drivers were hospitalized with multiple serious injuries.According to the police affidavit, police found indications of alcohol consumption by Rigby. Charges were filed after police received toxicology confirming a blood alcohol content above the 0.08 perceny legal limit.
