On Wednesday, a resident of Center Street received a phone call from a man 

identifying himself as Officer Max Clinton. The caller said there was a legal arrest warrant to be forwarded to local police. The resident realized the call was a scam, and no loss of funds occurred. Typically these types of calls will require you to forward money by Western Union, Moneygram, etc. If you receive this type of call and are concerned that a warrant may exist contact your local police.
