A Schuylkill County driver was killed in a one-vehicle crash in Carbon County.

State police at Hazleton said the crash occurred about 7 p.m. Monday along Treskow Road, near Banks Avenue, in Banks Township.Troopers said Andrew McAloose, 64, of Kelayres, was driving eastbound when his vehicle left the road on the right side and rolled over several times.McAloose, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene by deputy coroner Gerald Jones. He died of multiple traumatic injuries.Troopers were assisted at the scene by volunteers from the McAdoo and Tresckow fire companies, and McAdoo ambulance personnel.The investigation into the crash is continuing.
