Feeko called East Union Township police.Police contacted the Schuylkill County District Attorney's Office, which set up a sting.Lopez, wearing a wire and accompanied by an undercover detective posing as a hit man, met with Reilly.Reilly proposed giving Lopez the title to her minivan until she raised the $500 cost of the hit.She wanted the hit man to shoot the couple in their heads and make it look like a burglary.Reilly gave the man details of Feeko's and Treco's home and habits, and gave Lopez the title to the minivan.
