A New Ringgold man was cited following an incident that occurred on July 22 about 1:30 p.m. along Hughes St., in the borough.

State police at Frackville said Brian Todak, 33, became involved in an altercation with his mother, Carol Imschweiler, 66, of Orwigsburg, and his girlfriend, Jill Stramara, 36, of New Ringgold. During the altercation Todak allegedly subjected the two women to physical contact. Troopers said Todak then threw an item across the street striking the home of John Bookholt, 91, causing damages.Todak was charged with two counts of harassment and one count of criminal mischief.
