Pastor Lillian Andreas was installed as Pastor-Teacher at Jacob's United Church of Christ, Weissport, on Sunday, March 3.

The service included the Conference Minister of Penn Northeast Conference, the Rev. Alan Miller, the Rev. Cliff Harring, who preached the sermon; the Rev. Nevin Kershner, former pastor at Jacob's; the Rev. James Ziegenfuss, Lutheran pastor at Big Creek and Pastor Albert Schneider of St. Paul's Lutheran of Weissport.Many friends and family attended, including Ben Salem Choir of Andreas and other choir members from various churches.Before accepting the call to minister at Jacob's UCC, she was pastor at St. John UCC in Bangor for 17 years.Pastor Andreas lives in Northampton and she and her husband, Larry, celebrated 60 years of marriage during the service as well. Pastor Andreas is the mother of four children, seven grandchildren and three-great-grandchildren.
