Duane Frederick, and faces charges of burglary of White Birch Golf Course Pro Shop, Barnesville, and theft of a large amount of lottery tickets, and criminal mischief by damaging a rear door.Mychal Lauren Beltrami, 27, West Hazleton, had her bench warrant dissolved by Judge Charles M. Miller with stipulation she must reside at 6 Chapel Lane, Gilberton, and cannot relocate without first getting permission from the district attorney's office, shall not possess nor consume alcohol beverages, controlled substance or possess drug paraphernalia, and shall not travel outside the state without permission from the district attorney.Beltrami faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance brought by Trooper Edward Sanchez after drugs were found on her person when she was admitted to St. Luke's Medical Center's emergency room in Coaldale.SentencedJames Leon Ulrich, 44, of 82 Hecla Road, New Ringgold, who entered a guilty plea last December, was sentenced by Judge James P. Goodman on a charge of DUI of alcohol to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison with the sentence to begin Friday, March 8, at 5 p.m. He also must pay a fine of $1,000, pay $100 to the Substance Abuse Education fund, $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, $50 to Catastrophe fund, $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center, a $50 monthly slupervision fee, attend alcohol highway safety school, perform 20 hours community service, and his driver's license is suspended 12 months.On charges of driving an unregistered car, fined $76; unauthorized transfer of a registration certificate, fined $25; failed to have a driver's license, fined $25; failed to have car insurance, fined $300; failed to drive on roadway laned for traffic, fined $25; involved in accident damaging a parked vehicle, fined $300, failing to give immediate notice to police of accident, fined $25; and driving without an official inspection certificate, fined $25 and pay $400 in costs.Ulrich was cited by Trooper Arthur F. Wink Jr. when stopped on Pleasant Valley Road in East Brunswick Township on Feb. 4, 2012.
