A vehicle stop for motor vehicle code violations has led to charges pending against a Carbon County driver.

State police at Lehighton said Jonathan Creveling, 41, of Lehighton, was stopped about 11 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 5, at Bridge St. and Summit Ave., in Lehighton.As a result troopers said Creveling submitted to a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results. Troopers also noted Creveling was driving while his license was suspended - DUI related.
