The Kidder Township Police have arrested the following individuals as a result of a 10-month prescription drug investigation that stemmed from a burglary in Lake Harmony on Sept. 12, 2012:

• Jesse Boyd, 32, of Grover, Mo.• Jessica Boyd, 35, of Grover, Mo.• Joshua Faber, 31, from Illinois• James Bradley Huff, 33, from White HavenPolice said when confronted, Huff stated he would receive text messages from Jesse Boyd, Jessica Boyd or Faber requesting Oxycodone.Huff stated that he would then obtain and ship these pills overnight through the Jack Frost Big Boulder shipping accounts to various locations where they were staying.Cities included Grover, Mo., Wildwood, Mo., Zanesfield, Ohio, Eureka, Mo., Kissimmee, Fla., Macedonia, Ohio and Hudson, Ohio.Jesse Boyd was charged with 10 counts each of the following: Felony, criminal use of communication facility, and misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, manufacturing, sale, delivery, adulteration or misbranding of a controlled substance.Jessica Boyd was charged with 10 counts each of the following: Felony, criminal use of communication facility, and misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance; criminal conspiracy; manufacturing, sale, delivery, adulteration or misbranding of a controlled substance.Faber was charged with four counts each of the following: felony, criminal use of communication facility, misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance; criminal conspiracy; manufacturing, sale, delivery adulteration or misbranding of a controlled substance.Huff was charged with one count each of the following: Felony, criminal use of communication facility; possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance; misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance; criminal conspiracy; manufacturing, sale, delivery adulteration or misbranding of a controlled substance; adulteration or misbranding of a controlled a substance; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
