PV JROTC boosters

The Panther Valley JROTC boosters will meet on Monday, Nov. 19 beginning at 6 p.m. in the JROTC room. All parents and guardians are encouraged to attend.Summit HillFood PantryThe Summit Hill Food Pantry will be open on Monday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to noon. The month's food distribution is being held a week early due to the Thanksgiving holiday. The food pantry is located in the Summit Hill Heritage Center on Hazard and Chestnut streets. There is to be no parking in the alley prior to 9:45 a.m. and no parking in the lot. Recipients are reminded to bring along shopping bags and to bring extra heavy tote bags. No bags will be supplied.NesquehoningMeed's Thanksgiving DinnerMeed's Memorial United Methodist Church Nesquehoning, will be sponsoring its annual Free Thanksgiving Dinner, on Sunday Nov. 18.
