State police at Lehighton reported on two driving under the influence (DUI) arrests.

Troopers said Robert Michael Gardner, 25, of Hawley, was stopped for vehicle code violations about 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 27, along SR209 in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. He was subsequent placed under arrest for DUI.Stacy Lynn Miller, 24, of Whitehall, was stopped about 2:16 a.m. on Oct. 28 at SR248 and State Rd., in Franklin Township, Carbon County, for traffic violations. She was found to be under the influence and was taken to the Palmerton hospital for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results, troopers said.
