Fanelli, 32, Ashland, on a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of drugs was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison and when he completed his minimum sentence is to be released on parole, fined $1,000, pay $100 to SAE fund, $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (CJEA) fund, $50 to Catastrophe fund, a $50 monthly supervision fee, perform 10 hours of community service, and his driver's license is suspended 12 months. On a charge of driving while his license was suspended was fined $200 plus $50 costs. Fanelli was cited by Butler Township Patrolman Anthony Galla.Andrew Todd Lackey, 47, inmate in the state correctional institution near Frackville, on two counts of simple assault on two inmates in an open dorm in the prison was sentenced to serve one to two years in a state prison with the sentence to run concurrent with the sentence now serving.Summary appealsJudge Charles M.
