Miller as follows:Jeffrey Brian Anderson Jr., 23, Pottsville, on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance at his home at 1707 Mahantongo St., was sentenced to serve six to 23 months in the county prison with credit for serving 86 days, and pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education (SAE) fund.On a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was given a sentence of 12 months on probation to run concurrent to the first sentence and when released on probation to pay a $50 monthly supervision fee. Anderson was cited by Pottsville Sgt. John R. Morrow.Jason P. Fanelli, 32, Ashland, on a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of drugs was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison and when he completed his minimum sentence is to be released on parole, fined $1,000, pay $100 to SAE fund, $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (CJEA) fund, $50 to Catastrophe fund, a $50 monthly supervision fee, perform 10 hours of community service, and his driver's license is suspended 12 months. Moore Jr., 41, Lake Ariel, N.C., was adjudged guilty of careless driving and the fine and costs imposed by a district judge stands and he has to pay a fine of $25 plus $98 in costs. He was cited by Trooper Baron last February when stopped on SR61 in North Manheim Township.
